Shipping, Returns & Order Policy

Welcome to Grace Only Dynasty (G.O.D.). We value transparency, quality, and respect for our customers. Please review the following policies carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from Grace Only Dynasty, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be placed through our official website: www.graceonlydynasty.store

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

  • All prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without notice.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as processing begins shortly after checkout.


2. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • During product launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once shipped, orders are delivered via USPS Ground Advantage with estimated delivery times of:

    • 2–5 business days (U.S. Domestic)

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Grace Only Dynasty is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@graceonlydynasty.store.


4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Grace Only Dynasty is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

  • If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:

    • Check with neighbors, household members, or building management

    • Contact your local post office for further assistance

  • All shipments include USPS tracking and limited carrier insurance. We are happy to assist customers on a case-by-case basis with carrier inquiries or claims where applicable, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed.


5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To request a return, please email returns@graceonlydynasty.store with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
